Temple Construction Update #1
Starting with this article, we will be sharing news about the construction of the Temple.
At the moment the location consultation is being conducted, which involves asking the neighborhood about the construction of the temple. Neighbors will have a defined time interval to express their opposition if there is any. Once this consultation is approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OGP), this implies having resolved the last phase of government requirements for construction.

In anticipation of approval, a soil study was ordered, carried out by the company SFS. The study was successfully concluded which means that all preparations for construction have already been accomplished. In addition, 4 contractors are being interviewed who have made proposals to take charge of the construction. We will soon be announcing which company will be awarded the contract.

Empezando con este artículo, estaremos compartiendo noticias sobre la construcción del Templo.
Al momento se está conduciendo la consulta de ubicacion, lo cual implica preguntar al vecindario sobre la construcción del templo. Los vecinos tendrán un intervalo de tiempo definido para expresar su oposición de haber alguna. Una vez esta consulta es aprobada por la Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto (OGP), esto implica haber resuelto la última fase de permisiología para la construcción.

Anticipando la aprobación, se mandó a hacer un estudio de suelo, realizado por la compañía SFS. El estudio concluyó exitosamente lo cual quiere decir que todos los preparativos para la construcción ya han sido logrados. En adición, se está entrevistado a 4 contratistas que han hecho propuestas para encargarse de la construcción. Próximamente estaremos anunciando a cuál compañía se le otorgará el contrato.
